His first love was rock and roll, but it wasn’t long before the young Rafa Morales found another love: cooking. In 2003 he received his first Michelin star, while he was head chef at the La Alquería restaurant of El Bulli Hotel – La Hacienda Benazuza 5* GL, and was awarded a second Michelin star in 2004.

A life in cuisine, with an abundance success and passion. Now he’s back home, giving continuity to projects as a gastronomic adviser for restaurants, hotels, caterers and prepared food companies, and he has plans to start his own project.
