Born in Spain, Eva Millán brings rigorous scientific training to her kitchen. She is armed with a degree in biology and two Masters’ degrees, one in Nutrition, the other in Food Quality. Eva studied at the Le Cordon Bleu haute cuisine school.
Chef Millan was runner-up at MasterChef Spain in 2012. One of the prizes was to become the Chef at Koba for a short stint but was asked to stay on because of her honest cuisine, energy, charisma, passion for gastronomy and originality.
Eva has published a cookbook, “”La Cocina Sana y Rica de Eva””, which provides advice on nutrition and food as well as her best recipes.
Millan has extensive experience as a brand ambassador, menu development, and show cooking across Spain and México. In addition to Koba, she consults, contracts as a private Chef and lectures at Le Cordon Bleu Cancún.
